Orders
We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, for that reason we usually are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
However, we always try our best to accommodate requests when possible. Contact us immediately at contact@yesugod.com. Please note, changes are not guaranteed.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.
If you made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately at contact@yesugod.com. As we aim to ship out orders quickly, we cannot guarantee the correction.
Each backorder or preorder item will list an estimated restock or ship date. If your order includes both in-stock and backorder/preorder items, we’ll ship the in-stock items right away, and send the rest as soon as they’re available.
Sizing may vary slightly between styles, so we recommend checking our size chart for each item. Most of our pieces—especially hoodies, sweatpants, and other relaxed fits—are designed to be worn unisex.
In most cases, yes! Popular items are often restocked. The best way to know when they’re back is to sign up for our newsletter—you’ll get first updates on restocks and new releases.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Shipping times vary by item and destination. As a general guide, standard shipping takes approximately 4–8 business days for orders within the USA, UK, France, Italy, and Germany. For all other countries, delivery may take 7–20 business days.
Exact shipping times and costs, including express options, will be calculated at checkout.
Some countries may apply customs fees, import duties, or taxes once your package arrives. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to see if this applies to you before placing your order.
Yes! We ship worldwide—and offer FREE international shipping on orders over $120. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. Click the link in that email to track your package. Alternatively, you can click here to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items if the return is initiated within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a valid tracking number is required.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll receive a store credit for the item (excluding shipping fees).
We encourage all our customers to consider product descriptions and measurements to select the right fit. If you have any concerns or questions before purchase, don't hesitate to contact us.
Orders may occasionally be returned to us, most often due to an undeliverable address. In some cases, it may also happen if the package is unclaimed at customs. If your order is returned, you will be responsible for paying a re-delivery fee to have it shipped again.
We’re so sorry! Please email contact@yesugod.com within 5 days for damaged/defective items (including photos). We’ll make it right with a full refund or a reshipment.

All sales are final — tickets are non-refundable due to the high demand and limited capacity of our events. This ensures each ticket goes to someone who truly plans to attend.
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend, colleague, or family member. No prior approval is needed!
